These terms will be agreed to when confirming your booking:
Booking

We only take bookings from adults over 18 years of age. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

We reserve the right, at all times “ without statement of reasons“ to refuse a booking:- a) at the point of booking or b) at the point of check in. Furthermore we remain the right to ask a guest to leave the site at any time.

Check in is strictly before 8pm. If you plan on arriving later you must contact us beforehand to confirm this is ok.
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on the Campsite. Only if the following Conditions are met:

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and any fouling must be collected and disposed of.

Your dog is up to date with worming and inoculations.

People bringing dogs are expected to make sure they are up to date with innoculations and have been wormed.

If there is an incident onsite involving your dog please note that you may be asked to leave the site immediately.

It is an offence to allow a dog to worry livestock - this WILL be reported to the Police and may lead to prosecution.
Whilst on Site

Guests are to report to reception before pitching their tent.

Guests agree to be considerate and take good care of the land and all facilities during their stay. Any damages should be reported immediately.

Guests agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests or our neighbours at any time during their stay.

No music to be played that can be heard beyond your pitch.

Strictly NO non paying guests are allowed on site at any time.

No noise or moving vehicles between the hours of 11pm and 7am. We kindly ask you to respect the site and others guests. We expect all guests not to make noise after 11pm. If you do not respect this noise limit we have the right to ask you to leave the site and any outstanding nights and deposit will not be refunded.

By booking, you agree to be responsible for your children, dogs and any dependants you are in charge of, and your own welfare and to take all reasonable precautions against personal injury, injury to others and damage to the surrounding farmland and facilities.

Any campfires made must be within reasonable distance of your tent and other structures.

If windy we will not allow camp fires.

Any complaints must be made known to us immediately. No complaints will be entertained at the end of the stay or after the guest has departed.

In extreme weather we reserve the right to close the site. In that instance, refunds will be dealt with on a case by case and alternative dates will be offered for your payment to be set against.

We accept no liability for any belongings left in your tent at any time.

Camp fires are allowed providing they are in a fire pit. We ask that you do not cut any trees/ branches for wood - we sell bags of wood at Reception.

BBQs are allowed, providing they are raised off the ground.

No structures can be tied or secured to trees or vegetation without consent of the Site Manager. Any structures that are or are judged to be dangerous or causing damage to the site will be taken down or removed. The site team reserve the right to do so without prior consent.

Any wilful damage to the Site or surrounding Farm Land or Buildings will result in you being issued with a bill for damages and then asked to immediately leave the Site. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances, no money will be refunded for your booking.

Staff are available during office hours (hours changeable dependant on season/day) sometimes with the exception of lunch / dinner breaks. Outside of office hours please contact staff only in a genuine emergency. Emergency numbers are displayed at reception. With respect to the privacy of the owners please do not knock on the door / ring the door bell of the reception/house if locked except in an emergency.

Liabilities

Camping in Llanberis are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.. Damage or loss to your possessions is at your own risk.

We accept no liability for anyone getting hurt or injured on the property. We accept no liability/resposibility for loss of personal property, damage to vehicles, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Being a farm environment there is always the risk of animals wandering into fields through gates which have been left open, we do not accept any responsibility for damage to vehicles or tents, accident or illness to customers in respect of these events. Being on open land there is always a risk of rabbits/foxes and badgers carrying diseases onto grassland. Make sure you never put food or utensils onto the grass. Never leave food around outside your tent and if possible keep all your food secure or in the fridges provided to discourage farm and ferrel animals from stealing.
