COVID-19 SITE GUIDELINES 2020

  • Only one person in reception at a time and please stay behind the yellow tape. If possible please wear a mask.

 

  • Check out is before 10am. Please fully vacate your pitch before this time. We are no longer allowing cars to be left on site after your check out time. 

 

  • Pitch your tent as far away as possible from other tents not in your party. (minimum requirement is 6m for fire regs) but please be mindful of others and keep a good distance between tents.

 

  • Keep your pitch tidy and free of rubbish at all times. Rubbish must be bagged up and disposed of in the bins on the main car park.

 

  • Keep 2m away from all members of staff and other guests.

 

  • Ensure children follow social distancing rules. Children must be supervised at all times whilst on site.

 

  • Do not gather in social groups. No site visitors allowed at any time.

 

  • We will be cleaning the facilities regularly, if you see a member of staff in the toilet block, please wait outside. 

 

  • Maximum of 2 people allowed in each toilet block at one time, please queue outside maintaining 2m away from the person in front and behind. Please wear a mask when using the facilities if/where possible.

 

  • Use the hand sanitizer provided before entering and when leaving the toilet block.

  • The drying room is closed until further notice. It is not locked, but please respect the closed sign and do not enter. 

 

  • When walking around the site and local area, respect our customers, neighbours and the local community by maintaining social distancing at all times during your holiday! Social distancing measures in Wales is 2m.

 

  • If you begin to feel unwell or start showing symptoms of COVID19 whilst on site please pack up and leave. Seek medical assistance immediately if you have breathing difficulties. Do not report to reception or use any of the facilities before leaving. Please call, email or text us to let us know so we can inform all members of staff on duty during your stay, and any guests you may have come into contact with. 

 

  • Please inform a member of staff immediately if anything prevents you from fulfilling any of these guidelines.

 

  • Anyone found breaching any of these guidelines will be asked to leave.

 

  • Some of the details provided in your online booking form may be shared if we are contacted by NHS Wales Test, Trace, Protect. If you do not agree to this then we cannot accommodate you.
