Rules

On arrival you will need to sign in at the reception - Name and car reg.

Collect your tent tag and display it on your tent.

Noise

There is a no noise policy after 10pm. In answer to your enquiries regarding ''what does no noise mean'', it means NO noise, we don''t mind quiet chit chat in the tents or round the campfire, but we do not want other campers disturbed by radios, loud music, shouting/loud laughing, etc.

Dogs

Are allowed but must be kept under control. They must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the camp fields.

People bringing dogs are expected to keep them under control at all times. Make sure they are up to date with innoculations and have been wormed. They must also be kept on leads whilst on the campfields, please don't expect everyone staying on the campsite to like or trust dogs.

This is a livestock farm and even the best behaved pet dogs can turn into ''wolf'' mode when confronted by a sheep or a hen for the first time.

There are free range hens, ducks, sheep, lambs, pigs, cattle and calves, and horses roaming on the upper farmland and we do not want them to be chased!

No generators are allowed.

STRICTLY...NO NO, whatever the occasion

Fireworks or chinese lanterns...they can be extremely dangerous around tents, and fallen debris causes hazard to the animals, and they could cause serious damage to the surrounding countryside.

Campfires & BBQs

Must be a sensible distance from your tent, at least 6 metres and must be fully out before you go to sleep.

Leave 6 metres between yours and other peoples tents.

No cooking with flamed appliances, or BBQ''s inside or near your tents.

DO NOT cook in your tent using a gas stove or any other flamed appliance.

Please take care.

Groups

Groups of 20 or more need to book in advance.

Any rowdy groups will be asked to quieten down or to leave.

We also do not want to see children (or anybody) throwing stones at the livestock or any of the buildings. Stone walls cost a lot to repair, and can be very dangerous when damaged, children climbing on them will not be tolerated. If you/they do you will be asked to leave, and any camp fees paid, will not be refunded.

No money will be refunded if you are asked to leave.
